Local Government Service Pensions (Special Provisions) Act (No. 59 of 1961) - Sect 6

Interpretation

6. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires- " the Local Government Service " or " the Service " means the Local Government Service constituted by section 15 of the Local Government Service Ordinance ; " member" or " member of the Service" means a person holding any post specified or described in the First Schedule to the Local Government Service Ordinance.
